Brazil - Yellow Fever Outbreaks - Just before the Carnival
BRAZILIAN MINISTERY OF HEALTH ADVISES;
Yellow Fever is present (endemic) to many tropical regions of South America and Africa. For the most part, YF transmission is restricted to rural and jungle areas. From time to time, an increase in yellow fever activity or an outbreak occurs. At this time, Brazil is experiencing outbreaks.
The Ministry of Health of Brazil is now advising that residents of and travelers to the regions described below, be vaccinated against YF.
Travelers are being advised to be vaccinated before entering these areas of:
All regions of the north and west-center of the country, including the states of Maranh?o, Minas Gerais, south of Piau?, west and southern Bahia, north of Esp?rito Santo, northeast of Sao Paulo and west of Paran? ( including the area around Iguassu Falls) , Sta. Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul.
Any other part of the country not included above is risk-free.
The latest information can be found on the Brazilian Health Minister website: Minist?rio da Sa?de. The information contained on the Ministry’s homepage is only in Portuguese .
Yellow fever is a serious disease. If in doubt, get the vaccine. You should do so at least 10 days prior to travel.
Recommendations All travelers to Brazil seek an individual risk assessment consultation with their personal physician or a travel clinic prior to departure to determine their need for YF vaccination. The single-dose ‘live’ vaccine for YF is safe, effective and recommended for individuals >= 9 months of age. The vaccine becomes protective after 10 days, and provides immunity to a vaccinated individual for >= 10 years. For individuals who are pregnant, immuno-suppressed or allergic to eggs, the YF vaccination may not be recommended.

Honeymoon - where & what style
Planning a wedding is a larg operation, we all wish to believe its a once in a life time. I believe planning the honeymoon is a very important factor in the wedding ceremony.
Having websites with prices dont help you as much as having simple old fashion websites with photos + an expert. I think www.exclusive-honeymoon.com is one of the sites that channels users to view where they wish their dream vacation to be, and still call the expert for advise 1×1 .
The site has multiple ideas of honeymoon; islands, extreme, Classic, Sanctuary, Chateau, Nature and even some secret places.
Graphics is great, its clear, countries and cities are easy to navigate.
I think that some elements in travel, such as waiting list, advise, and exclusive places are to be guided by experts, take a look www.honeymoon.co.il

New regulation; Batteries on flights !
Passengers will no longer be able to pack loose lithium batteries in checked luggage beginning January 1st 2008 once new federal safety rules take effect.
The new regulation, designed to reduce the risk of lithium battery fires, will continue to allow lithium batteries in checked baggage if they are installed in electronic devices, or in carry-on baggage if stored in plastic bags.
Common consumer electronics such as travel cameras, cell phones, and most laptop computers are still allowed in carry-on and checked luggage.
However, the rule limits individuals to bringing only two extended-life spare rechargeable lithium batteries, such as laptop and professional audio/video/camera equipment lithium batteries in carry-on baggage.
Lithium batteries are considered hazardous materials because they can overheat and ignite in certain conditions.
My personal solution idea;
TAKE ZIPPLOCKED BAGS WITH YOU !!!
